Updated Shipping & Return Policy

NEW SHIPPING POLICY (Effective date Nov 11th 2013)

We now offer two options for Shipping:

EXPRESS SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Same day processing & shipping, orders must be placed by 3:00pm EST in order for the hair to be shipped out the same day.

Please contact us via email for express shipping cost. Hair will arrive within 1-3 business days using Priority Standard or Express Shipping.

This process is not available for custom made orders or bulk orders.

Before placing an order, please contact me first via email to make sure the hair is in stock for shipping.
This is only available for Brazilian, Indian & Peruvian Hair Bundles!

STANDARD SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Regular orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends), this includes the time needed to clean, condition, and prepare the order to be shipped.

All standard orders are shipped using USPS Priority Shipping which takes 3-7 business days (Saturday delivery if available in your area.

Tracking numbers are now being provided through Paypal once the order has been shipped out.

**Custom-Made orders may take 7-10 business days.

**Large Bulk orders may take 7-10 business days.

**If you have any special requests such as needing hair before a certain day. Please contact us first before your placing order.

Return Policy

All sales are FINAL. We do offer exchanges as long as the hair has not been installed or used in any way. The hair must be returned in original packaging with the exception of custom colored hair. Please be sure to inspect your hair before installation to ensure your satisfaction.
